电牵引采煤机变频牵引单元全参数监控系统

【摘要】 为了提高电牵引采煤机变频牵引单元的可靠性和通用性,以MG2210-WD型交流电牵引采煤机为载体,基于PROFIBUS总线技术和WinCC组态技术,设计搭建了采煤机变频牵引单元全参数在线监控系统,实现了采煤机变频牵引单元全参数化监控,并实现了基于有限状态机的采煤机变频牵引单元状态识别。在全参数化监控的基础上,提高了采煤机变频牵引单元相关故障预警和诊断的准确度。试验表明,该系统可以实现对电牵引采煤机变频牵引单元的准确、实时的在线监控。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the reliability and applicability of the frequency converted haulage unit for the electric haulage coal shearer,taking the MG2210-WD AC electric haulage coal shearer as the carrier,based on the PROFIBUS technology and the WinCC configuration technology,a full parameter on line monitoring and control system of the frequency converted haulage unit for the coal shearer was designed and established.The full parameterization monitoring and control of the frequency converted haulage unit for the coal shearer could be realized and based on the finite state machine,the frequency converted haulage unit status could be identified.Based on the full parameterization monitoring and control,the accuracy of the related fault early warning and diagnosis for the frequency converted haulage unit of the coal shearer could be improved.The trial showed that the system could realize accurate and on time on line monitoring and control to the frequency converted haulage unit of the coal shearer.
