基于物联网的煤矿综合自动化系统设计

【摘要】 为了实现煤矿井下复杂生产环境下的人员、物资、设备和基础设施等的实时有效的监控和管理,综合利用传感器技术、射频技术、智能嵌入技术等,结合工业以太网、无线传感器网、互联网和移动通信网,把物联网技术拓展到煤矿井下。并在此基础上设计基于IE浏览的煤矿综合自动化软件平台,从而解决煤矿安全生产综采工作面的协同管理问题、井下重大灾害预警问题、矿井灾害有效救援等亟待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the real time effective monitoring,control and management of the personnel,goods,equipment and infrastructures under the complicated production environment in the underground mine,the internet of things technology was developed and expanded to the underground mine with the comprehensive utilization of the sensor technology,radio technology,intelligent embedded technology and in combination of the industrial ethernet,wireless sensor network,internet and mobile communication network.Based on the circumstances,a mine comprehensive automation software platform with IE browsing was designed.Thus the coordinative management problems of the mine safety production fully mechanized coal mining face,the major disaster early warning problems of underground mine,the mine disaster effective rescue and other urgent problems could be solved.
