基于Solid Edge振动筛机构运动模拟的研究

【摘要】 以振动筛机构为例,阐述了基于Solid Edge软件的三维造型模块、装配模块、检查干涉模块和运动模拟模块,实现零件的实体造型、机构模拟装配、机构运动模拟与仿真的方法和过程。实践证明,运用Solid Edge软件,不但可以使机构设计的方法简单,还可以校核其干涉情况,从而减少设计差错、提高设计质量、降低返工率。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the method and process about to modules of three dimensions model,assemble,check and intervene as well as motion simulation basic on software of Solid Edge as example of vibration sifter to realized modeling of solid,simulate assemble,imitation and emulation of mechanism motion.It has character of design sample for mechanism and check up intervene statue to reduce error,increase quality of design and reduce done over again by prove in practice.
