微波消解ICP-AES法测定铁中硅、锰、磷的研究
Research of Microwave Digestion ICP-AES Si Mn P in Determination of Iron
【摘要】 采用微波溶样溶解生铁,用ICP光谱仪测定其中的硅、猛、磷。研究了酸度、食品工作条件选择、准确度和精密度条件试验。与化学分析法相比,微波消解ICP-AES法测定硅、锰、磷含量的F值和t值都小于t监界值,2个方法的精密度和系统误差基本一致。
【Abstract】 pig iron was dissolved by microwave,Fe,Mn,Pwas determined by ICPspectrum,it was researched that acidity,work condition of instrument and so on,Fand t value of Mn,Si,P by ICP—AES was less than chemistryanalytical Method,these two methods were in accord in precision and system error.
