【摘要】 营利性教育是指从事教育活动的人或机构,独立或合作筹措资金进行教育设施及资源、师资的投入,按市场规律进行运作,基于学生的学费收入在支出运营成本外,尚有一定额度的结余,表现为投资利润的教育活动。探讨营利性教育存在的价值和合理性是把营利性教育纳入科学管理的逻辑起点。营利性教育节约了国家和地方教育经费,应对了市场的人才需求,满足了社会和个人对教育的需要。营利性教育和公益性教育并不必然对立,它是公益性教育的有力补充,有利于教育资源的优化配置、节约公共财政、分流生源,避免了公益性教育的供不应求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The profit-making education is that the person or organization who independently or cooperatively engaged in the education facilities and resources,teacher input,that operated according to market principles,beside the expenditure of operating costs which is based on tuition, there are certain surplus,the educational activities shows the investment profit.The analysis of the existence value and rationality of profit-making education is the logical starting point to bring the profit-making education into the scientific management.The profit-making saves the state and local education funding,copes the market demand for qualified talent,meets the social and personal need of the education.The profit-making education and public welfare education is not necessarily antagonistic,it is a strong complement to public benefit education and conducive to optimizing the allocation of educational resources,saving the public finances,separate students resources,and avoid the supply falls short of demand for the public benefit education.更多还原
