【摘要】 目的:探求一种简单、有效、无痕的内眦赘皮矫正新方法。方法:先采用常规术式行重睑成形术,再横"一"形切开内眦皮肤,剪除内眦浅层增厚的组织,剪断内眦处错构的浅层眼轮匝肌,原内眦点与鼻侧腱膜固定。结果:85例就医者重睑线弧度自然,泪埠显露充分,内眦角形态自然,半年后内眦处无明显痕迹。结论:该术式的切口顺应了朗格氏线,皮下原内眦点与鼻侧腱膜固定有效进行了减张,故术后能获得良好的效果,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new simple efficient scarless method of correction of epicanthus operation.Methods Double eyelidplasty was done first,then incised skin transverse" 一"shape,incised the thick tissue of epicanthus,cut off miss construct orbicularis of medial canthus,original medial canthus fixed with lateral nasal aponeurosis.Results 85 patients,double eyelid fold was natural,medial canthus was corrected completely and natural,medial canthus were scarless after half year.Conclusion The skin cut comply with langer,s line,original medial canthus fixed with lateral nasal aponeurosis can efficient decrese tention,so we can get efficient result after operation,easy to popularized.更多还原
