【摘要】 目的:探讨一种同时矫正上睑皮肤松弛和眉间皱纹的手术方式。方法:眉缘切口矫正上睑皮肤松弛,切除皮肤去表皮后保留真皮片;同时切断并切除部分皱眉肌,自体真皮片填充眉间皱纹。结果:28例就医者术后症状均得到明显改善,术后随访3～12个月效果满意。结论:上睑皮肤松弛提升术结合自体真皮片填充治疗眉间皱纹,损伤小,恢复快,切实可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore an operation method which can correct both the upper eyelid skin flabby and the wrinkles between brow.Methods To correct the upper eyelid skin flabby with eyebrow margin incision.To remove the epidermis and to retain the dermal slices.Meanwhile cut and remove part of corrugator supercilii,fill the wrinkles between brow with autologous derma slices.Results 26 patients had the symptoms were obviously improved,postoperative follow-up 3～12 months with satisfactory effect.Conclusion The upper eyelid skin flabby ascending operation combined with autologous derma pieces filling wrinkles between brow treatment,its damage is little.It’s easy to recover and it’s feasible.更多还原
