【摘要】 目的:探讨单侧口角歪斜的一种新的治疗方法-A型肉毒毒素注射。方法:自2003年起笔者应用A型肉毒毒素注射健侧降下唇肌群,治疗面神经下颌缘支瘫痪造成的单侧口角歪斜20例。结果:20例患者注射治疗后均出现明显的口角歪斜改善,至治疗完毕,未出现任何并发症。结论:对单侧口角偏斜的患者行肉毒毒素注射治疗安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate a new treatment to the half distortion of commissure.Methods Since 2003,there have been 20 cases of using Botulinum Toxin Type A to inject uninjured side of muscle group of depressor labii inferioris,in order to treat the half distortion of commissure caused by paralysis of marginal mandibular branch of cranial nerve.Results Both the 20 patients saw the distortion largely alleviated,without any complications until the end of the treatment.Conclusion Toxin Type A can be promoted as a safe and fairly effective treatment to the half distortion of commissure.更多还原
