转录因子Spl在膀胱癌中的作用及其和VEGF的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨核转录因子Spl在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中的表达及临床意义,分析其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学PV-6000法检测Spl和VEGF在63例BTCC、21例膀胱乳头状瘤和13例正常黏膜中的表达。结果 Spl和VEGF在BTCC组织中的阳性表达率为68.3%(43/63)和73.0%(46/63),明显高于其在乳头状瘤和膀胱黏膜的阳性表达(P<0.05)。Sp1阳性表达与BTCC的病理分级、临床分期密切相关,且和VEGF的表达呈正相关,和肿瘤复发相关。结论 Spl在膀胱癌发生和进展中起重要作用,检测其和VEGF的表达对评估BTCC预后有较高价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of transcription factor Spl in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC) and analyze its correlation with the expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) in BTCC. Methods The expressions of Spl and VEGF protein in 63 cases of BTCC,21 cases of papilloma and 13 cases of normal mucosa of bladder specimen were studied with immunohistochemical PV-6000 method.Results The positive expression rates of Spl and VEGF protein in BTCC were 68.3%(43/63) and 73.0%(46/63) respectively,which were significantly higher than those in bladder papilloma and normal mucosa(P<0.05),indicating that the positive expression of Spl and VEGF was directly and closely related to the pathological grading/TNM stages and recurrence of BTCC.Conclusion Transcription factor Spl may play an important role in the genesis and progression of BTCC.The detection of Spl and VEGF protein is significant in evaluating the prognosis of BTCC.
