【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱内翻性乳头状尿路上皮瘤临床诊治方法。方法回顾分析本中心1996年07月至2010年05月间22例膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤的临床资料。诊断主要依据症状、B超、CT及膀胱镜检并病理活检。本组中有9例术前行膀胱镜检查及组织活检。21例行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt),1例行膀胱部分切除术。结果 22例患者术后病理结果均为膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤。22例随访时间为6～168月,中位随访时间为37月。结论膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤是良性肿瘤,TURBt是目前最主要的手术治疗方法。术后常规膀胱药物灌注化疗及膀胱镜检不太必要,但对诊断有疑问,有伴发恶性肿瘤、多发肿瘤的病例建议按低级别非浸润型尿路上皮癌标准定期复查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of bladder inverted papilloma.Methods Data of 22 cases of inverted papilloma of bladder treated in our center between July 1996 and May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis relied mainly on symptoms,color doppler ultrasound,CT and cystoscope.9 cases received preoperative cystoscope and biopsy,21 cases transurethral bladder tumor resection,and 1 case underwent partial cystectomy.Results All of the 22 case were confirmed to be inverted papilloma of bladder.During the follow-up of 6～168 months(median 37m),no recurrence or deterioration was detected.Conclusion Inverted papilloma of bladder is a benign tumor,which could be treated with resection without cystoscopic surveillance and intravesical chemotherapy.But if the possibility of malignancy couldn’t be ruled out,the cases should be followed up according to the standard of low-grade non-invasive urothelial carcinoma.更多还原
