【摘要】 目的研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和P27(P27 kipl)蛋白在肾透明细胞癌(简称肾癌)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法对63例肾癌中的PCNA和P27蛋白进行了测定。结果肾癌组织中PCNA蛋白阳性率,显著高于肾正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而P27则反之。结论 PCNA蛋白表达增高与肾癌的临床分期密切相关,并与P27负相关。联合检测PCNA及P27可以作为反映肾透明细胞癌的生物学行为的客观指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical classification and expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and P27(P27 kipl) in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods The expressions of PCNA and P27 protein in 63 cases of RCC were evaluated with immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression of PCNA in RCC was higher than that in normal renal tissues,with significant difference(P<0.05),while the positive expression of P27 in RCC was lower than that in normal kidney.Conclusions The expression of PCNA is positively correlated with cell clinical classification,while negatively correlated with the expression of P27.Detection of PCNA and P27 can reflect the biologic behavior of RCC.更多还原
