【摘要】 目的研制前列腺增生患者生命质量测定量表特异性模块。方法采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式及借鉴国内外建立量表的经验制定本量表,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对条目进行初筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表,随机抽取25例前列腺增生患者和25名医务工作者进行问卷调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、患者重要性评分法及医生重要性评法对结果进行分析。结果采用上述5种方法分别选出16、16、15、14、16个条目,综合各种方法最后得出包含16个条目的特异模块。结论该特异模块的条目均按严格的程序筛选得出,具有较好的内容效度和代表性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop the specific module of the quality of life instrument for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods With the structured group(nominal group and focus group) methods,the qualitative and quantitative theory,and methodology in developing rating scales,items were preliminarily screened,evaluated and modified.The data abtained from 25 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and 25 doctors or nurses were analyzed by 5 statistical procedures:method of coefficient of variation,correlation analysis,factor analysis,patients’ importance rating procedure and doctors’ importance rating procedure.Results 16,16,15,14 and 16 items were selected by above statistcal procedures respectively,and thus 16-item specific module was formed finally.Conclusion The specific module developed on the strict procedures has good content validity and representativeness.更多还原
