两次条带法全柱开采技术研究及其工程应用

【摘要】 为了在利用条带开采有效控制岩层移动的同时,进一步提高煤炭资源采出率,基于保护体承受采动附加应力特点和两次条带法开采岩层移动变形规律,引入分次小变形开采理念,提出了第1次条带开采和第2次煤柱开采的两次条带法全柱开采技术。应用这种技术,一方面,可相应地提高建筑物的抗采动应力的能力,另一方面,可减少地表水平变形,能实现村庄不搬迁采出全部压煤。该技术在丰城矿区坪湖矿岩溶和建筑物压煤开采中得到了成功的应用,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 In order to improve further coal resource mining ratio when applying strip mining to controlling effectively strata movement,introducing multi-time small-deformation mining concept,full mining technology including firstly strip mining and secondly coal-pillar mining was put forward on the basis of characteristic of additional stress induced by mining in protected body and strata movement and deformation rule after second strip mining.Applying this technology,on the one hand,anti-mining-stress ability of buildings might be increased;on the other hand,surface horizontal deformation might be decreased.It could realize mining all coal resource without village migration.This technology has been applied in coal mining under buildings and karst in Pinghu Colliery of Fengcheng mining area and made good effect.
