回转体零件的螺纹加工工艺及仿真
Screwing Processing Technology and Simulation of Rotary Part
【摘要】 以回转体类零件的螺纹加工为例研究了螺纹加工的工艺过程。首先,选择合适的切削方式,然后,正确地分析和处理切削过程中的数据,切削时走刀路线的设计,选择螺纹车刀及对刀方式,最后,通过Mastercam的Lathe模块进行仿真,实现了螺纹加工的整个工艺过程。
【Abstract】 By rotary part’s screw machining,screwing process are studied.First,selecting the appropriate cutting method,and then,the correct analysis and processing the data in the cutting process,the design of feed path during cutting,select screwing tools and change position,finally,through the Lathe simulation module of Mastercam achieving the whole screwing process.
