弹性联轴器动态刚度的数学建模与试验研究

【摘要】 对联轴器的动态刚度进行了数学建模,通过动态试验及所得数据导出了动态刚度的定量公式,对公式进行了分析和处理。研究表明:动态刚度是平均转矩的强函数,且与环境温度和变动转矩负相关;动态刚度并非振动频率的强函数,数据显示动态刚度与振动频率反方向变化,这与期望的结果相反。

【Abstract】 Mathematical model of the dynamic stiffness of the flexible coupling was builded,the data obtained through dynamic testing,and quantitative formula of the dynamic stiffness was derived,which was analyzed and processed.The results showed that the dynamic stiffness was a strong function of the average torque,and negatively correlated with temperature and the torque changes,it was not a strong function of frequency,the data showed that the dynamic stiffness and vibration frequency changes in the opposite direction,which contrasted with the results expected.
