CQKX5263数控双柱立式车铣加工中心横梁夹紧液压系统的设计及仿真
Design and Simulation for Beam’s Clamping Device Hydraulic System of CQKX5263 Numerical Control Double Column Vertical Milling Machining Center
【摘要】 简单介绍CQKX5263数控双柱立式车铣加工中心,对其横梁夹紧液压系统部分进行设计,并运用仿真软件AMESim建立其横梁夹紧液压系统仿真模型并进行仿真。通过对阀的不同参数设置,运行仿真的结果进行分析,为验证该液压系统是否合理提供了参考。
【Abstract】 For CQKX5263 numerical control double column vertical milling machining center are introduced simplely.The beam’s clamping device hydraulic system of the machining center was designed.The beam’s clamping device hydraulic system’s simulation model is established by AMESim simulation software was used and simulated the model.Obtained different results by setting different parameters for the valve,and analysis them to obtain a reference,which will been used for verify the hydraulic system is reasonable.
