点火能量对瓦斯爆炸传播压力的影响实验研究
Experimental Study on Impact of Ignition Energy on Gas Explosion Dissemination Pressure
【摘要】 为了研究点火能量对瓦斯爆炸传播压力的影响,在封闭的全管道瓦斯-空气混合气体中,进行不同点火能量条件下瓦斯爆炸传播实验,并对瓦斯爆炸压力峰值和呈现时间进行了分析研究:瓦斯爆炸压力峰值在爆源点附近先降低,传播一段距离后出现拐点,压力开始上升且在出口附近达到最大值;点火能量越高,爆炸压力峰值越大;在点火能量一定时,瓦斯爆炸压力峰值与管道长径比呈二次函数关系Y=AX2+BX+C;在管道长径比一定时,瓦斯爆炸压力峰值与点火能量呈二次函数关系Y=A1W2+A2W+A3;瓦斯爆炸压力峰值在爆源附近呈现时间最晚,而在出口附近呈现时间最早;点火能量越大,瓦斯爆炸压力峰值呈现时间就越短。
【Abstract】 The paper studies the pressure of gas explosion under ignition energy.The research of gas explosion dissemination in pipeline under different ignition energy.Based on analysis,the result of experiment indicates that the peak pressure of explosion decreases at first,appearing to turn a point after spreading a distance,Finally,the pressure rose to reach in the maximum value near the exit;The greater the ignition energy,the greater the peak pressure of gas explosion;The peak pressure of gas explosion presented quadratic function with the aspect ratio when on the condition of a certain ignition energy;The peak pressure of gas explosion presented quadratic function with the ignition energy when on the condition of a certain aspect ratio;The peak pressure of gas explore appeared in exit at first,while the latest exposure time was near the source;The greater ignition energy,the sooner exposure time of explosion pressure.
