理想塑性板料弯曲变薄的新理论解
New theoretic solution for thinned ideal plastic sheet after bending
【摘要】 阐述了理想塑性宽板弯曲变薄问题在理论研究和试验结果两方面长期存在的矛盾。利用增量理论对宽板弧形弯曲进行了分析,从体积不变、平面变形假设和应变增量中性层处切向应变增量为零等变形特点出发,建立了描述宽板塑性弯曲变薄规律的方程,并用数值方法求得弯曲变薄的理论解。实例计算证明,该理论解正确地反映了理想塑性板料弯曲变薄的规律,计算结果与试验数据接近。
【Abstract】 Long-term existence of contradiction between research and experiment in studying thinned ideal plastic sheet after bending was presented.The increment theory was used to analyze the bending of wide sheet.Based on characteristics of volume conservation,plane deformation hypothesis and zero tangential strain increment in strain-increment neutral layer,an equation for describing plastic thinning-after-bending rule of wide sheet was established,and a theoretic solution was obtained through numerical method.This theory accurately reflects the bending rule of ideal plastic sheet,and the calculated results approach the experimental data.
