基于标准工艺模板的自动数控编程技术及其应用
Automatic NC programming technology based on processing template and its application
【摘要】 分析了模具数控编程特点,针对数控加工工艺参数设置的重复性、差异性,提出建立一种标准的工艺模板,将数控加工的工艺流程和工艺参数进行模板化、标准化。建立包含工艺模板的知识规则库,通过规则推理结合几何图形自动识别技术,使一个新的加工零件能自动匹配到相应的模板,并设计每一加工工序的加工对象和操作参数,自动完成数控加工程序。通过实际应用,验证了本方法的有效性,特别对电极、镶件等加工工艺较为规范的零件,可提升数控编程效率60%以上。
【Abstract】 The characteristic of NC programming for die and mould was analyzed and in view of the repetition and diversity of some parameter settings,a processing template which parameterizes and standardizes NC processing flow was generated to improve the productivity of NC programming.A knowledge rule base was established.It used rule-based reasoning method and automatic geometric figure recognition technology to match a new part to template and accomplish NC programming.The validity of the method was verified through the application.It can improve the NC programming efficiency of parts with normative processing technique like electrode and insert for over 60%.
