【摘要】 介绍了国内外常用花版设计软件的现状和所用花型设计系统的基本功能,羊毛衫起口的类别及其编织工艺过程,在此基础上详细分析了在国产电脑横机上羊毛衫起口花型设计的几种方法,如落布法、移针法、应用起针梳等方法,并给出了使用这些方法编织1+1、2+2、3+3罗纹组织时详细的起口花型设计步骤、在机器上的实现过程以及线圈模拟图。文章就起口编织过程中对织物质量及边口外观等的影响因素也做了简单的分析和说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces international and domestic present situation of platemaking design system and it′s basic functions,and also studies the types and knitting technology process of cardigans welt.Based on it,the author mainly discusses the platemaking design process of cardigans welt in domestic computerized flat knitting machine,such as fabric falling method,loop transfer method and using comb board method.The detailed designing procedure of starting welt patterns and fabric loop simulated diagram in using these methods to knitting 1+1 rib,2+2 rib and 3+3 rib structure are provided.In addition,the factors that influence the knitted fabric quality and appearance of the welts are also explained.更多还原
