【摘要】 为了研究用棉型纺纱设备开发狐狸绒混纺纱的可行性,根据狐狸绒纤维、棉纤维、抗菌粘胶纤维以及腈纶纤维的性能特点,研究开发狐狸绒/棉、狐狸绒/抗菌粘胶、狐狸绒/腈纶等12种狐狸绒混纺纱,其中狐狸绒纤维含量分别为5%、10%、15%、20%。对混纺纱纺制工艺流程中各工序主要工艺参数及其配置进行了探讨,并对成纱性能进行了测试。结果表明,狐狸绒系列品种混纺纱成纱质量优良,工艺设计合理可行,为狐狸绒纤维在棉纺设备上的开发利用提供了一条可行的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper developed 12 sorts of fox cashmere/cotton,fox cashmere/viscose,fox cashmere/aerylic blended knitting yarns with cotton spinning equipment,which blending ratio were 5%,10%,15%,20%.The mainly technological parameters and its technology settings of every procedure were investigated.The properties of yarns were studied experimentally.The experimental results showed that the yarns had good property,which proved the process design was feasible.更多还原
