【摘要】 研究芳砜纶芳纶1313混纺纱的性能。测试并分析了芳砜纶纤维的摩擦性能和拉伸断裂性能,并根据纱的最终用途和性能要求,设定不同的混纺比和成纱捻系数进行试纺。通过测试成纱性能认为:随着芳纶1313含量的增加,芳砜纶芳纶1313混纺纱的可纺性能提高,断裂强力增加,毛羽减少,最优混纺比为70/30;随着捻系数的增加,断裂强力增大,但强力增大到一定数值后会随着捻系数的增加而减小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Property polysulfonamide Aramid 1313 blended yarn were studied.Polysulfonamide friction and strength & elongation were tested and analysed,according to yarn final application and property demands,yarns with different blending ratio and yarn twist factor were spun.Through testing finish yarn property,it is considered as Aramid 1313 content is increased,spinnability of polysulfonamide Aramid 1313 blended yarn could be improved,the yarn breaking strength could be increased,the yarn hairiness could be reduced,the suitable yarn blending ratio should be 70/30.The yarn breaking strength is increased when yarn twist factor increases,after strength be increased to certain value,the strength would reduced as twist factor increases.更多还原
