燃烧法制备纳米钒酸铋粉体及性能

【摘要】 以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和NH4VO3为原料,柠檬酸为还原剂,采用燃烧法制备亮黄色四方晶系的BiVO4纳米粉体,通过XRD,TEM,IR,BET,BJH以及UV-Vis等手段表征所得BiVO4样品。结果表明,前驱物经400℃焙烧2h得到的BiVO4粉体的粒径为6~12nm,分布较均匀,纯度和结晶度均较高,比表面积为70.8052m2/g。所制备的四方晶系BiVO4也有光催化性能,最佳制备样品的条件为400℃焙烧2h。

【Abstract】 The bright yellow tetragonal BiVO4 nano-powder is prepared by direct combustion method with Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and NH4VO3 as raw materials and citric acid as reductant,and the products are characterized by means of XRD,TEM,IR,BET,BJH and UV-Vis.The results show that BiVO4 with high purity and crystallinity is obtained after precursor being roasted at 400℃ for 2h and the particle diameter is between 6 and 12nm and specific surface area is 70.8052m2/g.It is indicated that the best calcinating condition is for 2h under 400℃ and the tetragonal BiVO4 prepared under this condition is also of the catalytic property.
