采用自由度耦合技术的汽车起重机车架有限元分析
The finite element analysis of truck crane chassis with coupling freedom technique
【摘要】 汽车起重机车架为复杂超静定结构,传统力学方法难以计算且存在较大计算误差。用ANSYS对QY25汽车起重机车架及支腿进行有限元分析,采用板壳单元建立其有限元模型。活动支腿与支腿固定箱连接处的处理使用自由度耦合技术以较好模拟二者的连接关系。对典型工况分析获得的应力及位移分布规律得到车架及支腿的危险区域。为进一步修改优化车架设计及对关键位置工艺控制提供有效参考。
【Abstract】 Truck crane chassis is such a complicated hyperstatic structure that the traditional mechanical method could not calculate easily due to large error.ANSYS is used in this paper to analyze chassis and outrigger of QY25 truck crane,and shell element is adopted to build the finite element model.The coupling freedom technique is applied to simulate the joint of movable outrigger and outrigger fixed box with higher accuracy,which provides valuable reference for chassis optimization and technical control of key locations.
