薄木贴面狼尾草纤维板的工艺研究
Study on the technology of veneer overlaying pennisetum fiberboard
【摘要】 研究了脲醛树脂胶狼尾草纤维板的薄木贴面工艺。研究结果表明:采用脲醛树脂胶粘剂生产的狼尾草纤维板可以作为薄木贴面的基材使用;贴面后狼尾草纤维板的力学性能明显提高;福建柏薄木贴面狼尾草纤维板的优化工艺参数为:施胶量130g/m2、热压温度为120℃、热压时间为4s/mm(薄木厚度)。
【Abstract】 The technology of veneer overlaying pennisetum fiberboard with urea-formaldehyde resin was investigated in this paper.The test result showed that the pennisetum fiberboard with urea-formaldehyde resin could be as the panel of veneer overlaying.The mechanical property of pennisetum fiberboard was increased obviously by veneer overlaying on its surface.The optimized process parameters of Fokienia hodginsii veneer overlaying the pennisetum fiberboard were that the glue spread was 130g/m2,hot press temperature was 120 ℃,hot time was 4s/mm(veneer thickness).
