液力喷播用木质纤维材料的压缩性能
Compressibility of hydraulic-seeding wood fiber materials
【摘要】 对液力喷播用纤维材料进行纤维压缩性能试验,结果表明,各因子对于纤维压缩率的影响为:纤维含水率>纤维筛分值>压缩速度>压缩次数,即纤维含水率及纤维筛分值对于纤维压缩率具有显著的影响;而对于压缩弹性率影响而言,纤维含水率>压缩次数>纤维筛分值>压缩速度,即纤维含水率是压缩弹性率的主要影响因素。从综合考核指标来看,各个因素的影响显著性为纤维含水率>纤维筛分值>压缩速度>压缩次数。
【Abstract】 To do the fiber compressing performance test of hydraulic seeding fiber materials,the results show: different factors influence the compression ratio,fiber moisture content > fiber screening value > compression speed > compression times,which the moisture content and screening value has an great influence on the compression ratio;on the fibre pressing elasticity ratio,the fiber water content >compression times > fiber screening value > compression speed,which the fiber water content is main influencing factor.From the indexes,the fiber water content > fiber screening value > compression speed > compression times.
