【摘要】 目的:观察步长稳心颗粒治疗快速心房纤颤的疗效。方法:收集快速房颤患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例接受稳心颗粒9g,口服1日3次,美托洛尔12.5～25mg,1日2次,共4周;对照组20例接受普罗帕酮150mg,口服1日3次,地高辛0.125～0.25mg,口服1日1次,共4周。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组为90%,治疗组与对照组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒+美托洛尔、普罗帕酮+地高辛治疗快速房颤疗效相当,但治疗组改善心悸、胸闷、胸痛、心前区不适、乏力、头晕、睡眠不安等症状疗效明显优于对照组,且具有不良更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the efficiency of Wenxin granule on Rapid atrial fibrillation.Method: Randomly selected 60 patients with rapid atrial fibrillation,randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group,40 cases : wenxin Granule,po.9g,tid;Metoprolol,po.12.5～25mg,bid for four weeks;control group,20 cases: Propafenone,po.150mg,tid;Digoxin,po.0.125～0.25mg,qd for four weeks.Result: The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,the control group was 90%.There was no difference between the randomly divided into the treatment group the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The overall curative effects were similar in randomly divided into the treatment group the control group.The treatment group was superior to control group in improving symptoms for cardiopalmus,chest tightness,chest pains,precordial distress,dizziness,insomnia,and has following advantages: fewer adverse effects,almost no side effects in the treatment and deserves further clinical applications.更多还原
