【摘要】 目的:观察中医辨证内服中药加仙灵骨葆胶囊口服治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:按中医辨证分型(共3型,分别为血瘀气滞型、气血两虚和肝肾亏损型),内服中药和加服仙灵骨葆胶囊。结果:采用成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效百分评价法。93例共103个股骨头(103髋)患者中,男78例,女15例;单髋83例,双髋10例;年龄28～71岁;结果:优28例(30髋),良48例(54髋),可9例(10髋),差8例(9髋),总有效率达91.2%,优良率达81.5%。结论:该疗法具有浓郁的中医特色,对身体无伤害,对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者疗效较佳,能被大多数患者接受,特别是较适合于老年人的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of oral herbal soap and Xianlin Gubao Capsules in treating Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head(ANFH).Methods:The cases were treated with oral herbal soap and Xianlin Gubao Capsules by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory witch were devided into stagnancy qi and blood stasis type,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of linver-yin and kidney-yin type.Result:Adult ANFH scores were made to assessment of clinic therapeutic effects,103 cases of ANFH were performed in 93 patients.There were 83 unilateral(ANFH)in 83 patients,and 10 bilateral(ANFH)in 5 patients.Which were include 78 male cases and 15 female cases whose age were between 28 to 71 years old.The excellent cases and the efficacy cases were 28(30 hips)and 48(54 hips)marked cases and efficacy cases were 9(10 hips)and 8(9 hips),The total percentage of efficacy was 91.2%.Conclusion:This efficacy approach included deeply traditional Chinese medicine Characteristics,which showed satisfactory clinic therapeutic effects on ANFH and the advantage of a wildly application,especially applicated in aged-old patients.更多还原
