【摘要】 目的:观察清咽雾化液对实验性慢性咽炎的作用与药效。方法:采用2.5%氨水咽部喷雾与25%松节油咽部注射复合因素塑造大白兔慢性咽炎动物模型,观察清咽雾化液治疗咽炎前后咽黏膜病理形态学及超微结构的改变。结果:病理形态学观察清咽雾化液能明显抑制咽炎黏膜上皮增生,减轻咽黏膜下层血管通透性及炎性细胞浸润,减少黏膜腺分泌。超微结构观察明显减少细胞内空泡、减轻内质网扩张与线粒体肿胀程度,抑制纤维组织增生。结论:清咽雾化液对实验性慢性咽炎有明显抗炎消肿、抑制黏膜及纤维组织增生、促进咽黏膜组织细胞复健作用。更多还原
