【摘要】 股骨颈骨折随着老龄化的发展,呈现越来越多的趋势,除存在愈合困难和股骨头由于缺血而发生坏死外,但往往由于老年人伤前即有严重或复杂的并发症,如糖尿病、高血压病、心脑血管疾患、肾病等,因而其病死率较一般骨折明显增高。且固定方法不一,形式多种多样,现就本院近5年来实施抖牵旋按法复位,股神经阻滞麻醉,外固定架治疗老年股骨颈骨折,做一归纳总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the aging femoral neck fracture development,it shows a growing trend,in addition to existing difficulties and the healing of femoral head necrosis due to ischemia,but it is often due to old injuries before the complications of serious or complex such as diabetes,hypertension,cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,and thus the mortality rate was significantly higher than the average fracture.Because of the different fixation methods and the various forms,we will summarize of our hospital practice in five years by shaking towing and rotating pressing method,femoral nerve block anesthesia and external fixation of femoral neck fractures,更多还原
