一类具有免疫和治疗的弓形虫病模型的一致持续生存
The Uniform Persistence of a Toxoplasmosis Disease Model with Vaccination and Treatment
【摘要】 研究一类猫种群同时具有免疫和治疗的弓形虫病数学模型,得到了弓形虫病流行的阈值条件R0.若R0<1,通过构造Lyapunov函数得到无病平衡点是全局渐进稳定的.当R0>1时,利用一致持续生存定理得到了弓形虫病是一致持续生存的.同时利用数值模拟说明结论的正确性,并对该传染病提出了一些可供参考的防治策略.
【Abstract】 A mathematical model for the transmission of a toxoplasmosis disease in human and cat populations with vaccination and treatment is proposed and analyzed.Qualitative dynamic of the model is determined by the basic reproduction number,R0.If the threshold parameter R0<1,the solution converges to the disease free equilibrium point.On the other hand,if R0>1,toxoplasmosis disease is uniform persistence.At last,an example is given to explain our conclusions.At the same time,some control strategies to reduce toxoplasmosis prevalence are also given.
