高等学校人事分配制度改革的探讨
Discussion on the Reform of Personnel Distribution System of Institutions of Higher Learning
【摘要】 随着高等学校人事分配制度改革不断深化,教师的薪酬机制已经发生了很大变化,逐步建立了岗位津贴制,引入了竞争激励机制,极大地调动了广大教师工作的积极性和创造性,取得了良好的效果。但是,目前的分配制度仍然存在许多问题和不足。本文就高等学校薪酬制度存在的问题及改革的措施等方面进行探讨。
【Abstract】 With further development of the reform of personnel distribution system of institutions of higher learning,teacher’s salary system has been changed very much.The post allowance system,competition mechanism and incentive mechanism for university’s teachers have been built in this system,which bring into play teacher’s all possible positive factors and obtain a good effect.There are lots of problems in this system yet.The problems and the reform measure in the system have been discussed in this paper.
