【摘要】 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对广西区内的741名高校体育教师的教学效能进行调查统计研究。结果表明,我区高校体育教师在整体教学效能以及教学准备、系统呈现教材、教学策略、教学评量、班级经营等五个层面的表现均属于良好程度。影响广西高校体育教师教学效能的变量只有性别,不同年龄、学历和教龄,这对高校体育教师的教学效能影响不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 An investigation had been made into the teaching efficiency of 741 PE teachers in Guangxi by means of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The results show that the overall teaching efficiency as well as the teaching preparation,presenting the teaching materials systematically,teaching strategies,teaching evaluation and classroom management are of good level.The gender is the only variable in influencing the teaching efficiency of college PE teachers in Guangxi,and the other factors such as the age,education background and teaching ages had little influence on it.更多还原
