【摘要】 律师提供法律咨询是嫌疑人和律师所享有的诉讼权利,但中国的律师帮助制度存在诸多问题,与国际标准相比有相当的差距。为了完善中国的律师帮助制度,充分保障犯罪嫌疑人、被告人和律师的权利,推动法治建设进程,对中国律师帮助制度的缺陷进行了审视,进而提出了重构中国律师帮助制度的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The suspects and lawyers are entitled with the right to counsel.But in China this system has many problems and a considerable gap compared with the international standards.In order to improve Chinese counsel system,adequate protection of criminal suspects,defendants and lawyers’ right and promote the process of law construction in China,the defects in the system are examined,and the idea of reconstructing the right of counsel of the system are presented.更多还原
