【摘要】 目的探讨复合补片治疗腹壁切口疝的疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月间16例腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料。结果应用BARD Composix E/X补片做腹腔内和肌后修补术总共16例,其中腹腔内修补法9例,肌后修补法7例。随访6～42个月,无1例复发,无切口感染、血肿、肠梗阻、肠瘘等严重并发症。结论应用双层复合补片的腹腔内补片修补法与肌后修补法是一种安全、有效的治疗腹壁切口疝的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of open ventral incisional hernia repair with dual sided complex patch.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients who underwent open ventral incisional hernia repair in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results BARD Composix E/X dual sided complex patch was used to repair of ventral incisional hernia concluding 9 IPOM and 7 Sublay different methods.No patient suffered from hernia recurrence during the follow up from 6 to 42 months.All patients were cured without wound infection,seroma formation,bowel obstruction and intestinal fistula.Conclusion Using IPOM and Sublay methods with dual sided complex patch to repair ventral incisional hernia is safe and effective.更多还原
