【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道三维超声成像在子宫发育畸形诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法通过对41例经阴道二维超声拟诊为子宫发育畸形者进行三维成像并与二维图像进行比较。结果经阴道三维超声成像诊断准确率为100%(41/41),二维超声为78%(32/41),结果行宫腔镜、腹腔镜、子宫输卵管造影中1种或2种影像检查证实。结论经阴道三维超声成像尤其是冠状面成像,对子宫畸形可获得更多的诊断信息,使诊断更为准确,分类更为详细。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application value with transvaginal three-dimensional(3D) ultrasonography in the uterus malformations diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods To compare 41 cases by transvaginal two-dimensional(2D) ultrasonography tentative diagnosis to uterus malformations,on the 3D ultrasonography,compared with 2D imaging. Results The diagnostic accordance rate of transvaginal 3D ultrasonography was 100%,and 2D ultrasonography 78%.Results of hysteroscopy,laparoscopy,hysterosalpingography in one or two imaging examination were confirmed. Conclusion Transvaginal 3D ultrasonography,especially coronal plane imaging,uterine malformations for more diagnostic information,make more accurate diagnosis,more detailed classification.更多还原
