高活性渣油加氢催化剂动力学模型研究

【摘要】 采用固定床连续操作装置对高活性渣油加氢催化剂进行了中试试验研究。通过中试试验采集了26组试验数据作为建模基础,估算了高活性催化剂的动力学参数。运用估算的动力学参数,利用模型预测了当催化剂使用寿命满足工业运转要求时,高活性催化剂入口杂质含量的要求;预测了高活性催化剂入口杂质含量改变对催化剂使用寿命的影响。

【Abstract】 High-activity residue hydrotreating catalyst was studied on a fixed-bed continuous operating pilot plant.26 groups of experiment data were collected as the basis of model establishment,and kinetic parameters for high-activity catalyst were simulated.The simulated kinetic parameters were used to predict impurities content limitations in the entrance of high-activity catalyst when the catalyst life meets commercial operation requirement and impact of change of impurities in the entrance of catalyst on catalyst life.
