盐酸氯丙嗪对模拟生物膜作用的实验研究
Study on interaction of chlorpromazine hydrochloride with model membranes
【摘要】 利用循环伏安法和交流阻抗谱,以金电极支撑的硫醇单层膜(DDM)和铂电极支撑的磷脂双层膜(s-BLM)作为生物膜的模型,以Fe(CN)63-和Fe(CN)64-为探针分子,研究了盐酸氯丙嗪对硫醇单层膜和磷脂双层膜电化学行为的影响。结果显示,盐酸氯丙嗪可以与硫醇单层膜和磷脂双层膜发生比较强烈的相互作用,致使[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-穿透生物膜。本实验将为盐酸氯丙嗪体内作用机制的研究提供有效帮助。
【Abstract】 The influence of chlorpromazine hydrochloride on the electrochemical behavior of DDM and s-BLM was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and the DDM(supported by metal electrode) and s-BLM(supported by platinum electrode)was used as model membranes,with Fe(CN)63-and Fe(CN)64-as probe molecules.Experiments showed that chlorpromazine could interact with model membranes and lead to make ions[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-crossing model membranes.This may be helpful to study the action mechanism of Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride in vivo.
