【摘要】 从林地经营者追求不同森林经营目标出发,理论分析了林地经营者追求经济效益最大化、环境效益最大化、经济效益和环境效益最大化的森林最优轮伐期,进而分析碳汇价值下的森林最优轮伐期,并考察京都机制下实现有林地碳汇价值的最优轮伐期情况,发现在追求林地期望价值最大化的条件下,考虑碳汇价值的森林经营行为,如轮伐期、土地利用方式、造林等将会发生变化,同时碳汇价值的实现需要相应政策制度的完善和碳汇市场的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of forest land operators’different forest management objectives,theoretical analyzed optimal rotation which forest land operators seek to maximize economic benefits,maximize the environmental benefits,maximize economic and environmental benefits,and then under the Kyoto mechanisms,analyzed the forest optimal rotation which in the consideration of the value of carbon sequestration,studied the optimal rotation that woodland have achieved the value of carbon sequestration,discovered that forest operation activities,such as rotation,land use,afforestation,etc,which have considered the value of carbon sequestration would be changed in the pursuit of maximizing forest land expectation value,while achieved the value of carbon sequestration need to improve the appropriate policies and develop the forest carbon sequestration market.更多还原
