蛇类腹鳞材料的力学性能

【摘要】 利用TA-XT2i型物性测试仪研究了3种蛇(缅甸蟒蛇、红点锦蛇、乌梢蛇)腹鳞的拉伸力学性能、弹性度和松弛特性。测试结果表明:腹鳞材料属于黏弹性材料,材料的平均弹性模量为1.5 GPa左右,断裂强度小于90 MN/m2,其中,蟒蛇腹鳞的弹性模量最高,乌梢蛇的最低;蟒蛇和红点锦蛇腹鳞的强度极限高于乌梢蛇;乌梢蛇的弹性度最高,为92.5%,蟒蛇的最低,为76.5%;麦克斯韦三元模型适合于腹鳞材料的流变特性,3种腹鳞材料中,平衡弹性系数和黏性系数按照乌梢蛇、蟒蛇和红点锦蛇的顺序依次减小。

【Abstract】 TA-XT2i texture analyser are used to test the tension mechanical property,elasticity degree and rheological property of the ventral scale on Burmese python,Zaocys dhumnades and Elaphe rufodoreata.The results indicate that the ventral scale material is viscoelastic material whose average elastic modulus is 1.5 GPa and fracture strength is less than 90 MPa.Among these three kind of snakes,elastic modulus of the ventral scale of Burmese python is highest,and Elaphe rufodoreata’s is lowest.Ultimate strength of the ventral scale material on Burmese python and Zaocys dhumnades are higher than Elaphe rufodoreata’s.The ventral scale material of Elaphe rufodoreata has highest elasticity degree which is 92.5%,and Burmese python’s is lowest which about 76.5%.Maxwell model is suit to rheological property of the ventral scale material.The equilibrium elastic modulus and viscosity coefficient of the ventral scale material are decreased progressively with the order of Elaphe rufodoreata,Burmese python and Zaocys dhumnades.
