【摘要】 目的:观察硬膜外麻醉下应用不同剂量的咪芬合剂镇静对患者意识和呼吸功能的影响。方法:50例拟于硬膜外麻醉下行妇科手术患者随机分为4个不同剂量的咪芬合剂组和生理盐水对照组,观察给药后1、2、3、5、10、15、30、60min患者呼吸频率、SPO2、BIS、OAA/S等指标。结果:各组患者给药后呼吸频率、SPO2、BIS和OAA/S随咪芬合剂剂量增大而降低(P<0.05),在静注各组咪芬合剂后2～15min是发生呼吸抑制和低氧血症的高危时段。结论:硬膜外麻醉下给予咪芬合剂镇静可使患者呼吸功能受到一定抑制,其程度与咪芬合剂的剂量呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of different dosage of midazolam and fentanyl on conscious state and respiration during epidural anesthesia.Methods: Fifty patients undergoing selective gynecological operation with epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into four groups with different dose of midazolam and fentanyl.Several indexs including blood pressure,heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),SPO2,BIS and OAA/S were recorded 1,2,3,5,10,15,30,60 minutes after application of the sedatives.Results: With the increasing of the dosage of midazolam and fentanyl,RR,SPO2,BIS and OAA/S score decreased obviously in four groups(P<0.05).There was a high risk of respiration depression and hyoxemia 2 to 15 min after intravenous injection of midazolam and fentanyl.Conclusion: After midazolam and fentanyl was injected in patients under epidural anesthesia,the respiration depression might be observed,which was positively correlated with the dosage of midazolam and fentanyl.更多还原
