【摘要】 近年来,战备储备规模急剧扩大,由于没有相应的轮换管理策略,导致大量战储物资过期作废,造成巨大的经济损失。针对这一问题对战储物资轮换管理进行了探讨。首先,介绍了国内外战储物资轮换管理的现状,指出了战储物资轮换管理存在的问题,并从储备规模、轮换数量、轮换时机及轮换方式等方面给出了轮换策略,希望引起大家对战储轮换工作的深度关注与思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,combat repertory size enlarge rapidly.Since it has not corresponding alternation management strategy,a great deal of combat repertory material are overdue,causing enormous economy loss.Based on this problem,combat repertory material alternation management is discussed in this paper.At first,it introduces the actuality of combat repertory material alternation management,and then it presents alternation strategy according to repertory scale,alternation amount,alternation opporunity and alternation fashion.I wish more scholars attend and consider deeply combat repertory material alternation.更多还原
