【Abstract】 With the development of changing international situation and domestic economy,the fifth research institute of CASIC began to assume wholesale production task.This paper analyzes the problems of its supply chain and then builds management system of supply chain based on experiment.at last,the paper suggests implementing measures on how to conduct multi-project supply chain planning to ensure the development and production of multi-project tasks in parallel.更多还原
