CO2汽车空调系统匹配分析与试验研究

【摘要】 建立了二氧化碳汽车空调系统模型,重点分析了中间换热器长度和节流机构流通面积对系统制冷量和COP的影响。从部件与系统匹配的角度,得到了系统匹配最佳时最优中间换热器长度和最优节流面积。分析结果表明,中间换热器长度为1000 mm,节流面积为0.7 mm2时,本系统性能最优。最后对最优匹配系统进行了台架试验,验证了系统运行的稳定性,并进行了性能测试,制冷量和COP分别比仿真结果小18.2%和13.6%。

【Abstract】 The system model is established for CO2 auto-mobile air conditioning based on the commercial thermal management software KULI.In this paper the effect of intermediate heat exchanger length,as well as the throttle area on cooling capacity and COP are mainly focused on.And results indicate that the most appropriate intermediate heat exchanger length is 1000 mm,while throttle area is 0.7 mm2 when the system matches the best with the components.Finally,a bench test for the optimal matching system is conducted to verify stability and performance is tested.The experimental cooling capacity and COP are respectively less than the simulation results of 18.2% and 13.6%.
