分子链末端改性溶聚丁苯橡胶的结构与性能研究

【摘要】 采用阴离子活性/可控聚合方法制备了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)、大体积官能团叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷制备封端改性SSBR(T-SSBR)和锡偶联星形SSBR,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:与未改性SSBR硫化胶相比,T-SSBR和星形SSBR硫化胶的炭黑分散性较好,达到纳米填料纳米尺度的分散,滞后损失较小,动态力学性能较好,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和回弹值较大;与星形SSBR硫化胶相比,T-SSBR硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度较小,动态压缩疲劳温升较低,抗湿滑性能较好,抗动态切割性能略低。

【Abstract】 Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR),SSBR with end-capping modification(T-SSBR) by tert-butylchlorodiphenylsilane(large volume functional groups) and star-shaped SSBR were prepared by living/controlled anionic polymerization,and the structure and properties of those SSBRs were investigated.The results showed that,compared with unmodified SSBR,the dispersion of carbon black in T-SSBR and star-shaped SSBR vulcanizates were better,and carbon black in T-SSBR and star-shaped SSBR vulcanizates achieved nano-scale dispersion,the hysteresis loss were lower,the dynamic properties were better,and the tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and resilience were better.Compared with star-shaped SSBR vulcanizate,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of T-SSBR vulcanizate were lower,the dynamic compression fatigue heat build-up was lower,the wet-skid resistance was better,and the dynamic cutting resistance was a little worse.
