小麦胚芽蛋白酶解物体内抗氧化性评价
Assessment on antioxidant activity of wheat germ protein enzymolysis in vivo
【摘要】 研究小麦胚芽蛋白酶解物体内抗氧化作用,为小麦胚芽资源开发利用提供基础。以0.1、0.2、0.4 g/(kg.d)3种剂量小麦胚芽蛋白酶解物分别给低剂量组(0.1 g/kg.d)、中剂量组(0.2 g/kg.d)和高剂量组(0.4 g/kg.d)昆明小鼠经口灌胃,空白对照组以生理盐水灌胃,30 d后全部小鼠颈椎脱臼处死,摘除眼球进行眼眶采血,解剖取肝、脑组织并测定其中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH–Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。实验结果显示,小麦胚芽蛋白酶解物使小鼠血清、肝脑组织中SOD、GSH–PX、CAT等抗氧化酶活性明显高于正常对照组;而MDA含量明显低于正常对照组,小麦胚芽蛋白酶解物具有显著体内抗氧化活性。
【Abstract】 The research studied the antioxidantion function of wheat germ embryo protein enzymolysis,provides the foundation for the wheat germ embryo resources’ development and utilization.The wheat germ embryo protein enzymolysis of three dosage with 0.1,0.2,0.4 g/(kg.d) given Kunming mouse fills the stomach after the mouth with low monitoring team(0.1 g/kg.d),monitoring team(0.2g/kg.d)and high monitoring team(0.4 g/kg.d),the blank control group fills the stomach by the physiological saline,after 30 d,the whole mouse execution by cervical vertebra dislocation,picked the blood of the eye socket by removing the eyeball,dissected to take the liver、 the brain organization and to determine the superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutathione peroxidase(GSH–Px),catalase(CAT)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)content.The experimental result showed that:The antioxidantion activeness of wheat germ protein enzymolysis to the mouse blood serum,SOD,GSH–Px,CAT in the liver and brain organization higher than the normal control group obviously,but the MDA content is lower than the normal control group obviously.The enzymolysis of wheat germ protein has significant antioxidantion activities in vivo.
