多孔陶瓷球固定α-淀粉酶研究

【摘要】 选取粉煤灰为原料,按适当比例添加玻璃粉,以炭黑为成孔剂、羧甲基纤维素为粘结剂制备多孔陶瓷球,并以此为载体固定化α–淀粉酶。结果显示,自制陶瓷球富含大量气孔,利于酶固定化,在戊二醛浓度1.6%、固定化pH 6.8、温度10℃条件下,制备固定化α–淀粉酶酶活回收率最高,可达84.6%。

【Abstract】 Select the fly ash as raw material,add the appropriate proportion of glass powder,carbon soot as pore forming agent,carboxymethyl cellulose as binder to prepare porous ceramic sphere,then using the carrier to immobilize α–amylase.The results showed that self–made ceramic sphere,rich in a large number of pores,which will help the enzyme immobilization,under the conditions of glutaraldehyde concentration of 1.6%,immobilized pH is 6.8,the temperature is 10℃,Activity recovery of immobilized α–amylase get the hightest rate,reaching 84.6%.
