沸石对黄鸡生产性能、血液指标及组织重金属残留的影响
Effects of zeolite on the growth performance,blood indicators and heavy metal residues in tissues of yellow broilers
【摘要】 探讨沸石对黄鸡生产性能、血液指标及胸肌和肝脏铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)残留的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加3%沸石的组(试验Ⅰ组)和5%沸石的组(试验Ⅱ组)公鸡平均体重分别提高3.50%和6.44%,公鸡分别多盈利0.17、0.75元/只;母鸡平均体重分别提高0.83%和2.69%,母鸡分别多盈利0.31、0.20元/只;平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)分别提高3.35%和0.67%,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)分别提高5.55%和0.61%;甘油三酯浓度分别提高4.51%和31.58%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);血糖浓度分别提高2.15%(P>0.05)和8.22%(P<0.05)。黄鸡肝脏中Pb含量分别提高2.37%和-26.31%,Cd含量分别提高-5.09%和44.36%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);胸肌中的Pb含量分别降低45.56%和9.91%,Cd含量分别降低59.01%和22.89%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of zeolite on growth performance,blood indicators and heavy metal residues in tissues of yellow broilers.The results showed that: compared with the control group,daily gain of group Ⅰ(3%(w/w)zeolite) and group Ⅱ(5%(w/w)zeolite)increased by 3.50% and 6.44% for male broilers and 0.83% and 2.69% for female broilers,respectively;The profits of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ increased by $0.17 and $0.75 for each male broiler and $0.31 and $0.20 for each female broiler;The mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 3.35% and 0.67% higher than that of the control group,and the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 5.55% and 0.61% higher than that of the control group;The triglyceride concentration of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ increased by 4.51% and 31.58%,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The blood sugar concentration of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ increased by 2.15%(P>0.05) and 8.22%(P<0.05);The Pb content in the liver of yellow broilers increased by 2.37% and-26.31%,respectively,and the Cd content increased by-5.09% and 44.36%,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05);The Pb content in breast muscle decreased by 45.56% and 9.91%,respectively,and the Cd content decreased 59.01% and 22.89%,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).
