棉籽粕和向日葵仁粕对草鱼血清抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 试验是在蛋白、脂肪以及能量水平基本一致的条件下,设计4种草鱼配方,每个配方都采用两种不同的饲料加工方式,以探讨原料及加工工艺对草鱼血清中过氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力和肝脏组织中丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明:原料种类、饲料加工工艺及其交互作用对草鱼血清中过氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力和肝脏组织中丙二醛含量的影响有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。

【Abstract】 Four feed formulas for grass carps were designed in the test under basic consistence of protein,fat and energy levels,and through two different feed processing methods,each formula was used to study the effects of raw materials and processing technologies on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum as well as content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver tissue.The results showed that the effects of material types,feed processing technologies and their interaction on the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum as well as MDA content in liver tissue of grass carps were most significantly different(P<0.01).
