绿茶粉及其茶多酚对罗曼蛋鸡抗氧化性能的影响

【摘要】 探讨绿茶粉和茶多酚对罗曼蛋鸡血液抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:绿茶粉添加量为6g/kg,饲喂70天后,蛋鸡血清中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶活性比对照组分别提高20.31%和8.72%(P<0.05),丙二醛含量比对照组降低37.09%(P<0.05);茶多酚添加量为1.5g/kg,饲喂84天后,蛋鸡血清中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶活性比对照组分别提高18.48%和5.76%(P<0.05),丙二醛含量比对照组降低19.60%(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 The influence of green tea powder and its tea polyphenols on antioxygenic property of Roman egg-layer was studied in this paper.The results show that the green tea powder addition was 6 g/kg,the superoxide dismutase in egg-layer serum and the glutathione peroxidase activity were increased by 20.31% and 8.72%(P<0.05)separately than that of the control group,and the MDA content was decreased by 37.09%(P<0.05)than the control group after feeding for 70 days;the tea polyphenols addition was 1.5 g/kg,the superoxide dismutase in egg-layer serum and the glutathione peroxidase activity were increased by 18.48% and 5.76%(P<0.05)separately than that of the control group,and the MDA content was decreased by 19.60%(P<0.05)after feeding for 84 days.
